黄油 250g butter

100g self raising flour(+ 1/4 teaspoon salt)
100g self raising flour(+ 1/4 teaspoon salt)
杏仁粉100g ground almond
细糖 80g castor sugar
鸡蛋 4 eggs
葡萄干适量 raisin
将黄油和糖打至蓬松
慢慢加入鸡蛋
再拌打至蓬松
加入杏仁粉和自发面粉慢慢翻动搅拌均匀
填满每个杯子蛋糕的杯子3 / 4满
加入适量葡萄干
在预热烤箱170度烘烤大约20分钟
直到顶部金黄色
使用蛋糕测试仪来测试烤熟的杯子蛋糕
如果杯子蛋糕测试出来干净
杯子蛋糕即可出炉
cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy
add in egg one by one continue to beat until light and fluffy
fold in self raising flour and almond powder and mix well
fill up 3/4 full into the each cupcakes cup
add in some raisin
preheat oven at 170
bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
use the cake tester to test the doneness of the cupcakes
if the cake tester comes out clean
the cupcakes is done
