干咖哩土豆肉丝 Dry Curry Potato with Sliced Pork

材料Ingredients:
猪肉 300g sliced pork 
(也可以改牛肉丝,羊肉丝或鸡肉丝)
土豆(切细条) 2 medium size sliced potato
大洋葱 1 large sliced onion 
咖哩粉 1 tablespoon curry paste
蒜末 minced garlic 
咖哩叶  curry leafs 
淡奶 3 tablespoons evaporated milk


用2茶匙咖哩粉咖哩叶盐,黑酱油,麻油和薯粉腌制大约30分钟
烧热油锅,放入蒜末爆香 
然后加入大洋葱爆香
再加入咖哩粉咖哩叶爆香
然后加入土豆翻炒
再加入适量炒至熟及土豆软
然后加入盐和胡椒粉调味
加入淡奶以大火炒干
marinate the sliced pork with 2 teaspoons curry paste, curry leaf, salt, 
black soy sauce, sesame oil and corn starch for about 30 minutes
heat oil in pan, stir fry the minced garlic 
then add in sliced onion and continue stir fry with high heat
 later add in curry paste and some curry leaf stir fry and mix well
add in the sliced pork and potato and continue stir fry 
then add in some water continue stir fry till pork cooked & potato soft
 add in salt and pepper to taste
lastly add in evaporated milk and fry with high heat

五谷豆浆面包 Multi Grain Soya Milk Bread

香喷喷的面包又出炉啦!
面包超松软外皮好脆。
加入了核桃,蔓越莓及五谷
再加入五谷豆浆搅拌面团
阵阵豆浆香味散发出来
面团特别柔软

材料Ingredients:
高筋面 300g high protein flour
普通面粉 50g all purpose flour
核桃,蔓越莓及五谷 4 tablespoons walnut, cranberry & nuts
奶粉 2 tablespoons milk powder
干酵母 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
少许盐 a pinch of salt
冷五谷豆浆 180ml cold fresh multigrain soya milk
溶化奶油 2 tablespoons soft butter


高筋面粉,普通面粉核桃,蔓越莓及五谷
奶粉及酵母一起混合
慢慢加入冷五谷豆浆搅拌面团,  然后加入奶油
将面团搅拌至光滑及有弹性
用大盘盖着发酵1 - 2小时或双倍大
将面团分成几份,揉成圆形状,松弛20分钟
把面团分割成小方块
排在已扫牛油的烤盘上
发酵1小时或双倍大
刷上蛋液洒上杏仁片麦片葡萄干
预热烤箱180度烘烤30-35分钟
add all high protein flour, multi purpose flour, milk powder, 
walnut, cranberry & nuts, salt and dry yeast into the mixing bowl 
slowly add in cold fresh multi grain soya milk and beat to form dough
lastly add in soft butter and beat to form a smooth dough
 cover and let rise for 1-2 hour or double the size
divide the dough into smaller portions
round the dough into ball shape
and rest for another 20 minutes
cut the dough to small square pieces
arrange into the baking pan
let rise for 1 hour or double the size 
brush with egg wash and sprinkle some almond flake, 
cornflakes and raisin on top
bake at 180 for about 30-35 minutes

斑马美禄奶油蛋糕 Zebra Milo Butter Cake


又是蛋糕香,又是斑马,爱它啊!
香喷喷的MILO奶油蛋糕出炉啦!
香味从厨房飘香到大厅
好吃!好吃!

材料Ingredients:
自发面粉 180 self raising flour
黄油 200g butter
幼糖 100g caster sugar
鸡蛋 3 eggs
淡奶 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
美禄(加入温水拌匀) 二汤匙
2 tablespoons Milo powder 
(mix with some warm water)

先将油和幼糖以快速度搅拌至松白
然后先将鸡蛋打发
分次将液加入已经打好的奶油和糖内搅拌均匀
加入淡奶拌
 之后再分次加入过筛的粉以慢速度搅拌均匀
把蛋糕面糊分成两部分
一部分加入美禄拌均
用大汤匙一大匙的原味蛋糕糊
再一大匙的咖啡可可粉蛋糕糊
分别加入蛋糕盘中央
放入烤箱以170度烤大约30-35分钟
小纸杯蛋糕大约烤15分钟
竹签插入蛋糕体,拿出不沾黏,即熟透
cream the butter and sugar until fluffy and light
beat the egg and set aside
add in beaten egg gradually into the mixture & cream evenly
add in milk mix well
then add in sifted flour slowly and mix well
separate the mixture into two portions
one portion add in Milo mixture and mix well
using large spoon to rotate the two portion of mixture into the bake pan
bake in the pre-heated oven at 170C for about 30-35 minutes
for cupcake bake about 15 minutes
