芋头金瓜糕 Steamed Yam N Pumpkin Cake



材料ingredients:
芋头(切粒) 500g Yam (diced)
金瓜(切粒) 100g pumpkin (diced)
粘米粉400g rice flour
薯粉 30g tapioca flour
水 800ml
虾米1 big bowl dried shrimp (washed & diced)
小洋葱粒 diced shallot
香葱粒 diced spring onion

调味料:盐,胡椒粉,五香粉,麻油,料酒,鸡精粉(个一茶匙)
Seasoning:salt, all spices, pepper, sesame oil, 
shao xin wine, chicken stock powder (1 teaspoon each)

将粘米粉和薯粉参入800ml水拌均匀成糊浆
虾米泡软剁碎
热锅,爆香虾米和小洋葱粒,盛起备用
热锅加入芋头翻炒,加入200ml水将芋头炒软
加入少许爆香虾米翻炒均匀
然后加入调味料再翻炒均匀
最后加入糊浆以小火炒大约5分钟拌匀
将芋头糊浆倒入抹了油的蒸盘
拌入金瓜
大火蒸大约35-40分钟
mix the rice flour and tapioca flour with 800ml water to make a thin batter 
fry the dried shrimps and diced shallot until crispy and set aside
heat some oil in wok, stir fry the yam for 1-2 minutes
add in 200ml water and fry the yam until soft
add in fried dried shrimp and all seasnoning 
stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
add in the flour batter and stir in low heat for about 5 minutes
scoop the ready batter into the greased steam pan
stir in the diced pumpkin
steam with high heat for around 35-40 minutes
