调味料:盐,生粉,老抽,绍兴酒
羊排用调味料腌制大约1小时
seasoning: salt, corn starch, thick soy sauce and shao xin wine
marinate the lamb chop with all seasoning for at least 1 hour
放2大匙油入砂锅爆香蒜末及洋葱
然后加入豆瓣酱, 八角和丁香花爆香
然后加入羊排翻炒至大约3成熟时
