土豆豆酱焖小鸡腿 Stew Potato Chicken Drumstick

两个人的晚餐可以很简单
有时候也可以弄到很复杂
今天只有腌制好的小鸡腿
想了想就加土豆吧!
就来个土豆豆酱焖小鸡腿
豆酱的香带点微辣的酱汁很下饭
老公今晚肯定要添饭噜!

材料Ingredients:
土豆(切块) 3 medium potatoes (cubed)
小鸡腿 5 pcs chicken drumstick
豆瓣酱 1 tablespoon taucu paste
洋葱末及蒜末 minced garlic & shallot
辣椒丝 sliced chili
调味料:盐,黑酱油,胡椒粉,料酒, 麻油,蚝油
seasoning: salt, thick soy sauce, 
pepper and shao xin wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce

小鸡腿用调味料腌制大约3-4小时
油烧热,放入洋葱末及蒜末爆香 
然后加入豆瓣酱辣椒丝再翻炒 
加入腌制的鸡肉再翻炒2-3分钟
加入土豆和适量的水
小火焖煮至软 ,然后转大火稍微收干水
最后以盐调味,起锅装盘
marinate the chicken with all seasoning for at least 3-4 hours
heat oil in wok, stir fry the minced garlic and shallot 
add in taucu paste and sliced chili stir fry for 1 minute
add in chicken stir fry for another 2 minutes
add in potato and water
simmer in low heat for at least 20 minutes or
until the chicken and  potatoes are cook
lastly add in salt to taste
