Petai猪肉碎 Petai Minced Pork

超棒的好味道!
好下饭而且还可以夹面包吃,都很棒哦!
好久没有煮petai了
上个星期和老公在杂饭店吃着petai
老公就叫我煮给他吃
今天就煮一大碗的猪肉碎petai
可以留一些明天用来夹面包吃
老公好爱吃,配着炒饭
吃着。。。吃着。。。就只吃剩一点点
还好还够我用来夹面包呀!嘻嘻!

材料Ingredients:
猪肉碎 300g minced pork 
臭豆 petai 
大洋葱(切小块) 2 large sliced onion
蒜末 minced garlic
辣椒 chili
桔子水 tangerine juice
马来栈粉 2 teaspoons belacan powder
鸡咖喱粉 2 tablespoons chicken curry powder
盐适量 salt to taste

热油锅放入蒜末和大洋葱炒香
加入鸡咖喱粉辣椒翻炒香
然后加入猪肉碎臭豆大火翻炒
再加入马来栈粉适量的桔子水炒干
加入适量的盐调味拌匀即可
hit oil in wok, stir fry in minced garlic and onion
add in curry powder and chili and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
add in minced pork and petai and continue stir fry with high heat
then add in belacan powder and tangerine juice stir fry and mix well
add in tangerine juice and asam juice fry and mix well
lastly add in salt to taste
