苦瓜丝姜丝炒蛋 Fried Shredded Bitter Gourd Ginger wiith Egg

 这道菜肴非常简单
虽然用了一些时间去将苦瓜切成丝
不过炒出来的效果好到不得了!
口感比苦瓜片来得好

材料Ingredients:
苦瓜(切丝) bitter gourd (shredded)
姜丝 sliced ginger
鸡蛋 2 eggs
盐,胡椒粉和糖适量 salt, pepper and sugar
绍兴酒适量 shao xing wine
蒜末和洋葱末 minced garlic & shallot

苦瓜去瓤,切成,加入盐泡水10分钟, 滤干 
鸡蛋加入少许绍兴酒打散
锅中加入油烧热加入姜,蒜末和洋葱末爆香
然后加苦瓜翻炒
加入鸡蛋翻炒
最后加入适量的盐,胡椒粉和糖
翻炒至脆软即可
soak shredded bitter gourd with a bit of salt in water for about 10 minutes
beat eggs together with some shao xing wine
heat oil in wok, add in sliced ginger, minced garlic & onion
stir fry for 1 minutes, add in shredded bitter gourd 
and stir fry for another 1 minute
pour in the eggs and stir fry and mix well with bitter gourd
add in salt, pepper and sugar to taste
stir fry the bitter gourd until cooked
