海绵蛋糕(全蛋式) Sponge Cake

材料Ingredients:
溶化奶油 100g melted butter 
鸡蛋 4 eggs 
蛋黄 1 egg yolk
砂糖 100g caster sugar
面粉 150g flour
香草香精 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 

鸡蛋用打蛋器拌打
一直打发到提起打蛋器
滴落的蛋液不会马上消失
加入香草香精拌匀
然后筛入面粉拌匀
最后加入溶化奶油轻轻拌匀
然后用勺子舀入杯子或烤盘
在预热烤箱160度烘烤大约25-30分钟 
cream egg and sugar untill light and stiff
add in vanilla essence and mix well
fold in sifted flour mix well
lastly add in the melted butter & mix well
fill up the cup about 80% full 
and bake at 160C for about 25-30 minutes
