杏仁酥 Almond Crisps

这个酥饼超酥的
我用较多的杏仁末减低了面粉的份量
做出来的饼干更酥脆更香杏仁味道! 赞!

材料Ingredients:
杏仁末 250g ground almond
幼糖 150g caster sugar
盐 1/4茶匙 a pinch of salt
杏仁香精 1/2 teaspoon almond essence
220g面粉(筛过)+1/2茶匙发粉+1/2茶匙苏打粉
220g flour (shifted)+1/2 teaspoon baking powder+1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
粟米油 180-200g corn oil
杏仁粒(稍微烤过) 100g almond nibs (lightly roasted)
涂沫~蛋黄+水 egg wash glaze~egg yolk+water

将杏仁末,幼糖,面粉,发粉,苏打粉和盐拌匀
(可以加入一些烤香的杏仁粒)
然后加入粟米油和香精揉成软面团
弄出你喜爱的形状
涂上一层蛋黄再撒上几粒杏仁粒
以170度烤大约20-25分钟或至熟
ground almond, sugar, flour, baking powder,
baking soda and salt mix well
(can add in some roasted almond nibs)
then add in corn oil and almond essence to form a soft dough
form the shape you like 
brush a layer of egg wash and add some almond nibs on top
bake at 170C for about 20-25 minutes
