蛋花紫菜豆腐汤 Egg Drops Seaweed Tofu Soup


简简单单的一道汤,健康又好味,老少咸宜。

材料Ingredients:
紫菜适量 seaweed 
玉子豆腐(切小块) Japanese tofu (diced)
鸡蛋打散 1 egg beaten
鸡精粉 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
少许香葱粒 diced spring onion

煮一锅水加入鸡精粉煮滚
然后加入紫菜和玉子豆腐再煮滚
最后慢慢倒入打散的蛋弄成蛋花
盛起洒上香葱粒及一些胡椒粉即可
boil one pot of water and add in the chicken stock powder
then add in the seaweed and tofu and bring it to boil
lastly slowly drop in the beaten egg 
sprinkle some diced spring onion and pepper  before serve
