虾酱鸡翅 Shrimp Paste Chicken Wings


今天来个香脆虾酱鸡翅,
老公说不必在外面餐馆吃了,我炸的更好吃,
不比外面餐馆的那么咸,而且很脆。
简单的腌制服炸出来却那么的香脆,
不油腻好入味口感超好!
好下酒的一道小食,配饭也棒!

材料Ingredients:
鸡翅 8 pieces chicken wings

鸡翅:幼滑虾酱(1茶匙),适量的黑酱油和糖少许腌制一夜
marinate the chicken wings overnight with 1 teaspoon shrimps paste,
some black soy sauce and some sugar 

锅,炸熟至金黄色即可
deep fry the chicken until golden in colour and cooked
