芽菜一碗
鱼饼(切片)半碗
鸡汤1碗
蒜末和洋葱末
盐适量
黑胡椒粉(粗粒状)适量
黑酱油适量
麻油少许
香葱少许
loh see fun(for two persons)
1 bowl bean sprout
1/2 bowl sliced fish cake
1 bowl chicken stock
minced garlic & onion
salt & black pepper
thick soy sauce
spring onion
sesame oil (optional)
以热油炒香蒜末和洋葱末
然后加入切片鱼饼翻炒片刻
再加入老鼠粉大火翻炒
再加入老鼠粉大火翻炒
加入芽菜和香葱再翻炒
逐渐加入黑酱油, 黑胡椒粉和适量的鸡汤炒香
再加入适量的盐和少许麻油调味
稍微再炒一下即可
heat oil in wok
stir fry the minced garlic and onion
add in the sliced fish cake and stir fry for 1 minute
add in loh see fun and stir fry with high heat
add in bean sprout and spring onion
continue stir fry for 1-2 minutes
gradually add in thick soy sauce, black pepper
and chicken stock fry for another 1-2 minutes
add in some salt and sesame oil(optional) to taste
stir fry for another 1 minute until the loh see fun is soft
