腌汁材料Seasoning:
生抽, 老抽, 蚝油, 绍兴酒, 糖, 盐, 胡椒粉, 蜂蜜
soy sauce, thick soy sauce, oyster sauce,
Shaoxin wine, sugar, salt, pepper & honey
将鸡腿洗净再沥干水分
然后用小刀在鸡翅上割划几下(使腌汁容易入味)
放入冰箱冷藏室腌制至少4-6小时,最好隔夜
