黑巧克力 100g black cooking chocolate
黄油 120g butter
细砂糖 60g sugar
面粉120克+泡打粉1/4小匙
120g flour+1/4 teaspoon baking powder
120g flour+1/4 teaspoon baking powder
可可粉 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
鸡蛋 2 egg
牛奶 4 tablespoons fresh milk
装饰:黑巧克力100克+黄油50克
将黑巧克力和黄油隔水加热或用微波炉加热搅拌溶化
decoration: 100g black cooking chocolate+50g butter
melt the chocolate and butter over simmer water or in microwave
将黄油和巧克力隔水加热溶化(或者用微波炉加热半分钟)
加入糖,朗姆酒,牛奶,鸡蛋搅拌均匀
最后加过筛入低筋面粉,泡打粉,可可粉
用打蛋器搅拌均匀成蛋糕面糊
用勺子将面糊盛入蛋糕模具7成满
放入预热烤箱下火180C烤大约15-18分钟
直到蛋糕完全膨胀起来
蛋糕出炉后冷却脱模备用
melt the chocolate and butter over simmer water
add in sugar, rum, milk and egg and mix well
lastly add in flour, baking powder and cocoa powder
beat and mix well all together
scoop into the mould 70% full
bake in preheat oven at 180C for about 15-18 minutes
set aside and cool off
将巧克力液淋在冷却后的蛋糕上
使蛋糕外层均匀沾上巧克力液
直到表面的巧克力液凝固即可
pour the melted chocolate all over the cooled cake
let the coated chocolate set
