焖洋葱鸡 Braised Onion Chicken

又是一道老少咸宜美味佳肴,
有微辣的姜味,还带着洋葱的香,
很好的搭配而且鸡块焖到很入味
很容易煮的一道菜肴,
而且焖煮的方式没那么油腻。

材料Ingredients:
鸡(斩小块) half chicken (cut into smaller pieces)
姜片 sliced ginger
蒜末 minced garlic
大洋葱 large onion
八角及丁香花  clove & star anise
葱段 spring onion

鸡块:生粉,盐,蚝油,生抽,绍兴酒腌制半小时
marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with
corn starch, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce and shao xin wine

用油烧热锅,放入生姜片蒜末翻炒香
然后加入鸡肉,大火翻炒大约1-2分钟
加入大洋葱大火翻炒至洋葱出味
加入适量的水
然后加入八角及丁香花
盖上小火焖煮5-7,其间搅拌几次
最后加入葱段适量的蚝油,酱油,盐,绍兴酒调味
heat oil in wok, stir fry the sliced ginger and minced garlic
add in chicken and stir fry with high heat for 1-2 minutes
add in onion and stir fry until the onion is soft
add in water (enough to cover the chicken) 
then add in star anise and clove
covered and simmer for about 5-7 minutes in low heat
stir occasionally while simmering 
lastly add in spring onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce,
salt and shao xin wine to taste
