焖土豆五花腩 Braised Potato Pork Belly


材料Ingredients:
五花腩 400g pork belly
土豆(切大块) 3 large potatoes (cut into big pieces)
香葱切小段 sliced spring onion
芫荽 diced coriander
豆瓣酱 2 tablespoons taucu paste
洋葱末及蒜末 minced garlic & shallot
辣椒丝 sliced chili
调味料:五香粉,盐,生粉,黑酱油,胡椒粉,料酒
seasoning: five spice, salt, corn starch, thick soy sauce, 
pepper and shao xin wine

五花腩用调味料腌制大约3-4小时
油烧热,放入洋葱末及蒜末炒香
然后加入豆瓣酱辣椒丝再翻炒
加入腌制的五花腩再翻炒1-2分钟
然后加入适量的水大火煮滚
然后转小火焖煮大约15分钟
加入土豆,香葱和芫荽
小火焖煮五花腩及土豆至软,
最后以盐调味,起锅装盘
marinate the pork ribs with all seasoning for at least 3-4 hours
heat oil in wok, stir fry the minced garlic and onion
add in taucu paste and sliced chili stir fry for another 1 minutes
add in pork belly stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
then add in water to cover the pork belly
bring it to boil then turn to low heat and simmer for around 15 minutes
add in potatoes, spring onion and coriander 
simmer in low heat until the pork belly and potatoes soft 
lastly all in salt to taste
