杂果蛋糕 Fruits Cake

好棒的蛋糕哦
拌好就已经香满屋了
再入烤炉还得了
简直是飘香到整栋大楼
吃在口里甜在❤里

材料Ingredients
面粉 120 cake flour
黄油 100g butter
黄糖 50g brown sugar
鸡蛋 2 medium eggs
盐 1/4 teaspoon salt
柠檬汁(取自1粒柠檬) lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
250g 杂果 (加入3汤匙brandy)
250g mixed fruits (add in 3 tablespoons brandy)

先将杂果,黄糖和黄油以小火煮至
黄油和黄糖溶解拌匀,待冷
然后逐粒加入鸡蛋拌匀
 之后再分次加入过筛的粉及盐拌匀
最后加入柠檬汁拌均
倒入抹了油粉的烤盘弄平
放入烤箱以190度烤大约40分钟
In a large bowl add in mixed fruits, butter and brown sugar 
Cook over small heat until the butter and sugar melt and mix well
Cool off
add in egg one at a time & mix well
add in sifted flour and salt slowly and mix well
lastly add in the lemon juice and mix well
pour into the baking pan and flatten it
bake in the pre-heated oven at 190C 
bakefor about 40 minutes or until done
待冷用锡箔纸包紧
再用保鲜纸包好
Cool off
Wrap it tight with aluminium foil
Then wrap another layer with cling wrap
放入冰箱隔天就可以切了
Keep in the refrigerator overnight
