再加入适量的水翻炒至猪肉熟及土豆软
然后加入盐和胡椒粉调味
最后加入淡奶以大火炒干

marinate the sliced pork with 2 teaspoons curry paste, curry leaf, salt,

add in salt and pepper to taste
lastly add in evaporated milk and fry with high heat
