奶油花生酥餅 Butter Peanut Cookies


香酥口感超好
再撒上一些黑芝麻
味道更棒!

材料Ingredients:
 奶油 120g butter
花生酱 100g peanut butter
蛋 1 egg
糖粉 90g icing sugar
面粉 200g flour
盐 1/2 teaspoon salt

奶油,花生酱加入过筛后的糖粉,盐打至松发变白
加入蛋再打发
将面粉,过筛后,加入拌匀
然后拌匀即为酥松性面煳
在烤盘搽油或铺上油纸
将一小茶匙的面糊压平在烤盘上
并以180℃烤约15-20分钟即可

add in egg cream and mix well
add in sifted flour gradually and mix well 
scoop one teaspoon of batter onto the greased baking tray
bake in preheated oven 180C for 15 to 20 minutes
