铁板烧黑胡椒冬粉 Hot Plate Black Pepper Dong Fun

有了这个铁板锅很好用
容易清洗又不沾油。。。实在棒!
今晚又来个铁板烧黑胡椒冬粉
有猪肉,腊肠,润肠,红萝卜,高丽菜,大洋葱,
还有大蒜,色香味俱全。。。哈哈!

材料Ingredients:
肉(切小块) pork cubed
腊肠润肠 Chinese sausages 
红萝卜(切小块) carrot (cut small pieces)
高丽菜(切小块) sliced cabbage 
洋葱 sliced big onion 
蒜片 sliced garlic
香葱段 sliced spring onion
冬粉 dong fun
奶油 1 tablespoon butter
鸡蛋 2 eggs 

调味料 seasoning:
麻油老抽和绍兴酒
sesame oil, oyster sauce, thick soy sauce, salt and shao xin wine

用盐,胡椒粉,少许黑酱油麻油和薯粉腌制大约30分钟
奶油铁板,放入洋葱蒜片爆香 
加入腊肠润肠翻炒至熟
然后加入红萝卜高丽菜炒大约1-2分钟
再加入适量红萝卜高丽菜
然后将冬粉加入拌匀
最后调味及加入香葱拌匀
用另一个铁板煎蛋
然后再将炒好的冬粉倒在蛋饼上即可
marinate the pork with salt, black pepper, black soy sauce, 
sesame oil and corn starch for about 30 minutes
heat up the hot plate with butter
add in sliced onion and sliced garlic and stir fry
add in pork and sausages continue stir fry till cooked
then add in cabbage and carrot and some water stir fry until soft
pour in the dong fun and mix well
lastly add in salt and shao xin wine to taste
use another hot plate fry the egg
pour all the cooked dong fun on top the fried egg
