干炒肉丁老鼠粉 Pan Fried Stewed Pork Cubed Loh See Fun

 
今天再来个铁板烧 ~ 干炒肉丁老鼠粉
用了罐头的五香肉丁来炒老鼠粉
好入味又方便。。。味道好得很!
用过来炒饭更棒哦!
虽然是罐头食品,久久一次也不坏啦!

材料Ingredients:
老鼠粉 1 packet loh see fun
五香肉丁1 can spiced pork cubed 
鱼饼切片 sliced fish cake 
油麦菜(切小块) sliced lettuce
蒜片及洋葱末 sliced garlic & shallot
香葱切段 sliced spring onion
鸡蛋 2 eggs 

调味料 seasoning:
麻油老抽和绍兴酒
sesame oil, oyster sauce, thick soy sauce, salt and shao xin wine

铁板,放入蒜片及洋葱末爆香 
加入鱼饼翻炒至熟
然后加入五香肉丁油麦菜炒大约1-2分钟
然后将老鼠粉加入拌匀
然后加入调味
最后淋上打散的蛋及加入香葱拌匀即可
heat up the hot plate with oil
stir fry in sliced garlic and shallot
add in sliced fish cake and continue stir fry
add in stewed pork and lettuce continue stir fry till cooked
pour in the loh see fun stir fry and mix well
lastly add in some sesame oil, oyster sauce
salt and shao xin wine to taste
lastly pour the lightly beaten egg on top and add in sliced spring onion
then stir and mix all together
