香蕉杯子蛋糕 Banana Cupcakes


材料Ingredients:
黄油 150g butter
砂糖 120g sugar
自发面粉 250g self raising flour
鸡蛋 3 eggs
熟的大香蕉(去皮压成泥) 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
香蕉香精 1/2 teaspoon banana essence
苏打粉 1/4 teaspoon soda bicarbonate

将黄油和糖用打蛋器拌打至蓬松
慢慢加入鸡蛋
再用拌打至蓬松
加入一半的面粉,苏打粉,慢慢翻动搅拌均匀,
然后加入香蕉泥,香蕉香精搅拌均匀
然后再加入另一半的面粉拌匀
然后用勺子舀入杯子
在预热烤箱180度烘烤大约20-25分钟 
cream butter & sugar till light and fluffy
add eggs one at a time
fold in sifted half the flour with soda bicarbonate and mix well 
mix in mashed bananas and banana essence
lastly add in the balance of the flour and mix well
fill up the cup about 80% full 
and bake at 180C for about 20-25 minutes
or and a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean

每次买了一束香蕉,盘算最后几条要拿来做蛋糕。。。
却都被我家猴子消灭掉。。。>@<
害我都不能做蛋糕。。。。

Hi Sabrina, I always got the bananas from my mother in law garden, too many and always wasted. This time baked banana cupcakes and banana cake for the family. *_*
