传统鸡蛋糕 Traditional Baked Egg Cake


这传统的鸡蛋糕从小就吃到大也是妈妈的最爱
小时候爸爸经营的咖啡店里也有卖, 更常带去上学吃
很传统的鸡蛋糕, 口感很好, 妈妈Kopi-O的良伴
现今也成了我Kopi-O的良伴...哈哈!

材料Ingredients:
大鸡蛋 4 large eggs
普通面粉 120g flour
白砂糖 100g caster sugar
香精 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

把鸡蛋和糖搅拌成乳白色
大约之前的三倍份量
慢慢的加入普通面粉拌匀
然后加入香精拌匀
然后用勺子舀入杯子
在预热烤箱180度烘烤大约15-18分钟 
cream the eggs and sugar together
until the egg and sugar become white and fluffy
slowly add in the flour and mix well
lastly add in vanilla essence and mix well
fill up the cup and bake at 180C for about 15-18 minutes
and until golden brown on top
