蒸咖啡传统鸡蛋糕 Traditional Coffee Steamed Egg Cake


简单又好吃的传统鸡蛋糕
男女老少都最喜爱
简单的材料 
简单的做法
出炉香喷喷

材料Ingredients:
雞蛋  2 eggs

砂糖 sugar 
(用同一个碗量砂糖 
和蛋的分量一样或少一些)

面粉 flour
(用同一个碗量面粉 
和蛋的分量一样)

几滴香草精华 
A few drops of vanilla essence

2茶匙即溶咖啡粉+3茶匙温水拌匀
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
+ 3 teaspoons warm water 

面粉過篩
將雞蛋打發,分次加入砂糖攪拌至乳白色
分次加入面粉再拌均勻
加入香草精华
将面糊分成大小部分
小部分加入拌匀的咖啡酱
將麵糊倒入舖了油紙的蒸盤
可以弄云石式或分层式的
大火蒸20分鐘既好
shift flour
beat egg until light
add in sugar gradually and continue beating
until light and fluffy
add in flour gradually into 
the mixture and mix well
add in vanilla essence and mix well
divide the mixture into 2 portions
add in the coffee mixture into the smaller portion and mix well
scoop one small portion original mixture into steamed pan
then add another layer of coffee mixture 
on top of the original mixture 
fill up 3/4 full of pan 
steam with high heat for 20 minutes
