五香肉卷 Lobak
农历新年少不了的一道年菜
就算不是自家弄的
也有人买现成的回家再煎炸
成为新年饭桌上的一道年菜
材料ingredients:
猪肉末 500g minced pork
沙葛切粒一大碗 jicama diced 1 bowl
五香粉 盐 胡椒粉 蚝油 生抽 鸡精粉适量
Five spice powder salt pepper
oyster sauce soy sauce
knorr chicken powder
鸡蛋 1 egg
薯粉 1 汤匙
tapioca powder 1 table spoon
将肉末和沙葛粒拌匀
再加入全部材料拌匀
然后由一个方向拌匀至起胶的程度
将豆皮剪成小方块
包入五香肉馅
薯粉加入清水拌成糊
用来粘肉卷的皮边
包好的肉卷先蒸熟
蒸熟的肉卷待凉后可以收冰箱
要吃的时候再稍微炸过
In a big bowl
mix in the minced pork and jicama
then add in all ingredients to mix well
in one same direction mix it until
form a slight glue texture
cut the bean curd skin into
smaller square size
wrap in the pork mixture and roll up
glue the side with water+tapioca powder
steam the pork roll
can keep refrigerator
fry the pork roll with hot oil
whenever you wish to eat them
