香蕉绿茶蛋糕 Banana Green Tea Cake


再研究一款新蛋糕,
好香的咖啡香蕉味,也带着绿茶香,
两者配合完美极了,松软又香味十足,
很好吃很满意!

材料Ingredients:
奶油 200g butter
鸡蛋 3 eggs
砂糖 180g caster sugar 
熟的大香蕉 2 ripe mashed bananas 
/淡奶 2 tablespoons evaporated/fresh milk
面粉 200g flour
发粉 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
苏打粉 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
绿茶粉 2 teaspoons green tea powder

先将油和幼糖以快速度搅拌至松白
然后先将鸡蛋稍微打发
分次的用汤匙以每次二汤匙的蛋液加入已经打好的奶油和糖内
再以快速度搅拌至松白
加入鲜奶搅拌均匀
 之后再分次加入过筛的粉以慢速度搅拌均匀
把蛋糕面糊分成两部分
一部分加入绿茶粉拌均
另一部分加入香蕉 
两部分蛋糕面糊分层的倒入烤模
其间洒上一层薄薄的可可粉
放入烤箱以170度 烤大约40分钟
竹签插入蛋糕体,拿出不沾黏,即熟透
cream the butter and sugar until fluffy and light
beat the egg lightly 
add in 2 tablespoons at a time of beaten egg 
into the mixture & cream in high speed until fluffy
add in milk and cream well
add in sifted flour slowly and mix well
divide the mixture into two portions
one portion add in green tea powder
another portion add in the mashed banana
pour in the banana mixture onto the baking pan
sprinkle one layer of cocoa powder on top
then add in the green tea cake mixture on top 
sprinkle another layer of cocoa powder 
and lastly add in the balance of banana cake mixture
bake at 170C for around 40 minutes
