黄面1包
烧肉切丁1碗
蒜片
洋葱末
鸡汤适量
鸡蛋2粒
香葱段
黑酱油适量
料酒,麻油,盐和胡椒粉适量
1 packet yellow mee
1 bowl diced roast pork
slice garlic
minced shallot
chicken stock
2 eggs
spring onion
black thick soy sauce
shao xin wine, sesame oil, salt and pepper
将鸡蛋打散加少许盐和胡椒粉
以热油煎成蛋饼,待冷切条状
lightly beaten egg add in salt and pepper to taste
fry the egg with hot oil until golden brown outside
cold off the omelette and cut into small slices
热油锅将蒜片和洋葱末爆香
加入烧肉丁翻炒
然后加入黄面再快速翻炒
加入适量黑酱油,鸡汤再快速翻炒
再加入料酒,麻油,盐和胡椒粉调味
最后加入蛋丝和香葱段翻炒拌匀
heat oil in wok and stir fry the slice garlic and shallot
add in diced roast pork and stir fry for 1 minute
then add in yellow mee and stir fry
add in black soy sauce and chicken stock
then add in shao xin wine, sesame oil, salt & pepper to taste
lastly add in sliced fried egg and spring onion stir fry and mix well
