巧克力芯杏仁曲奇 Chocolate Chips Almond Cookies


好贪心哦!加入了超多烤过的杏仁粒粒
入口好香,还真像在吃着famous amoschocolate cookies!

材料Ingredients:
黄油 150g soft butter
白砂糖 50g caster sugar
黄砂糖 150g brown sugar
粒鸡蛋 2 eggs
普通面粉 380g flour
1/2茶匙发粉 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2茶匙可可粉 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1茶匙香草精华 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
巧克力芯片 150g chocolate chips
 杏仁粒(稍微烤过)200g lightly toated almond nibs 

将黄油白砂糖和黄砂糖拌打至蓬松
加入鸡蛋和香草精华打至蓬松
加入面粉, 发粉可可粉慢慢拌匀
然后加入巧克力芯片和杏仁粒拌匀
用汤匙的量每5厘米放一勺在搽了油的烤盘上
(随个人所爱饼干的大小)
在预热烤箱180度,烘烤大约15 -20分钟
待完全冷却后才可装入饼罐
cream butter, brown sugar and caster sugar until fluffy
add in eggs and vanilla essence continue to cream until fluffy
gradually fold in flour, baking powder and cocoa powder mix well
add in the chocolate chips and toasted almond nibs and mix well
use spoon or finger to form litlle chocolate drop onto the greased baking pan
bake in preheat oven 180C for about 15-20 minutes 
cool completely before store in the cookies jar

请问在加入粉类时,是用mixer还是打蛋器呢?

是轻轻用打蛋器拌匀。
