哈哈。。。丑丑的小叮当包仔也来凑热闹喔!
超软的包仔,还加入了红豆沙馅料,超好吃的。
小孩子见到一定很开心而不舍得吃喔!
材料Ingredients:
香港面粉/包面粉 200g Hong Kong Flour/Bau Flour
干酵母 4g instant yeast
糖 (糖的份量依个人喜好) 20g sugar (optional)
温水 100ml warm water
红豆沙(揉圆粒状) red bean paste (make it into round ball)
把所有材料放入搅拌盘混合均匀
慢慢地加入水搅拌至柔软和光滑的面团
待发至少20分钟
分成3个大小部分(如图)
一部分加上蓝色,另一小部分加粉红色
切成12小块,弄圆待发20分钟
然后弄平包入红豆沙
弄成小叮当包仔形状
待发30分钟,用大火蒸15分钟即可
mix all ingredients together
add in water slowly and knead/beat well
to form a soft and smooth dough
rest for at least 20 minutes
divide the dough into 3 portions
one portion add in blue colouring
one portion add in pink colouring
cut into 12 small pieces and let rest for 20 minutes
roll it flat, wrap in the red bean filling
make into Doraemon bau shape
leave to rise for another 30 minutes
steam over high heat for 15 minutes

Please add in the water bit by bit, the dough will form when sufficient of water added(we have to be more flexible on it, can always reduce the water amount) . I never have this problem with my bau/man tou dough. I just made 350g bao dough, going to make sausage and bacon man tou. Wish you overcome the problem the next time when you wish to make bao. TQ!
Hi, Alice, Thanks for the reply,may i know 200g of pau flour in this recepi correct or not as other pau recepi used 350g...i wish to try yr turtle bun later. Love yr blog very much, thank for the kind sharing :)
200g is for smaller portion of dough. When I make Mi Ku I make 350g dough. It is up to you how much you wish to make. 200g can easily make 3 medium size Mi Ku, as for 350g dough you can make 5 large Mi Ku. 500g Bao dough can make around 18 to 20 pieces of Bao.
