福州面干1大碗
日本大蚝豉2粒
高丽菜1大碗
鸡精粉1茶匙
1汤匙麻油
盐和胡椒粉适量
火锅料1大碗
香葱粒及香菜末
鸡蛋1粒(稍微打散)
1 bowl Hock Chew Mian Gan
2 pieces Japanese dried oyster
1 bowl cabbage
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
salt and pepper
1 bowl mixed steamboat ingredients
diced spring onion and parsley
1 egg (lightly beaten)
(福州面干弄大片稍微泡过温水除去粉末倒去水)
(soak the Hock Chew mian gan in warm water
to get rid of the powder & drained)
先煲汤, 加入 高丽菜, 鸡精粉及麻油一起煮滚
然后加入蚝豉, 香葱粒及香菜末
再加入适量的盐和胡椒粉调味
最后加入火锅料及福州面干煮滚
最后加入火锅料及福州面干煮滚
慢慢的加入打散的蛋, 加入时一直搅拌弄成蛋花
上桌前撒上香葱粒及香菜末
first boil the soup, add in cabbage, chicken stock powder
and sesame oil then bring to boil
add in dried oyster, diced spring onion and parsley
then add in salt and pepper to taste
lastly add in mixed steamboat ingredients and bring it to boil
add in lightly beaten egg
sprinkle the spring onion and parsley before serve
