这道菜可以用来配面包,皮塔饼或白饭
它也可以当配料如用来炒饭或炒菜
更可以弄咖哩牛肉碎酥饼, 又酥脆口感超棒的!
材料Ingredients:
牛肉碎 250g minced beef
干咖喱香料 4 tablespoons of dry meat curry paste
香茅 2 lemongrass
咖喱叶少许 some curry leafs
香葱及香菜 spring onion & coriander
蒜末及洋葱末 minced garlic & shallot
大洋葱(切碎) 1 big onion (diced)
小辣椒(切碎) 2 chili padi (diced)
盐和胡椒粉 salt & pepper to taste
水适量some water
下3汤匙食油烧热镬
加入 蒜末及洋葱末翻炒至香
再加入大洋葱碎翻炒至香
加入咖喱粉翻炒几下
然后加入牛肉碎再翻炒
加入香茅, 小辣椒, 香葱及香菜翻炒
最后加入适量的盐和胡椒粉
翻炒2-3分钟至牛肉熟即可
加一些水再炒干
沥干油待冷
盛装入密容器
Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil in wok
stir fry the minced garlic & shallot
add in diced big onion and stir fry
add in curry paste and stir fry for 1 minute
add in beef and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
add in curry leaves, lemongrass, chili padi, spring onion and parsley
stir fry for another 1 minute and mix well
lastly add in salt and pepper to taste
add some water and stir fry until dry
drain the access oil and cool off
keep in air tight container and refrigerated
