柠檬乳酪黄油蛋糕 Lemon Cream Cheese Butter Cake


材料Ingredients:
黄油 200g butter
细砂糖 160g caster sugar 
奶油乳酪 200g cream cheese 
蛋黄 4 egg yolk
柠檬皮屑(取自1粒柠檬) lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
200克面粉+发粉一茶匙+盐1/4茶匙
200g cake flour +1 teaspoon baking powder+1/4 teaspoon salt
蛋白 4 egg white 
柠檬汁(取自1粒柠檬) lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

将黄油和奶油乳酪搅拌至蓬松
加入糖搅拌至蓬松
慢慢加入打散的蛋黄柠檬皮屑
再搅拌至蓬松
然后加入面粉拌匀
将蛋白和柠檬汁打到硬性发泡
把蛋黄糊和蛋白两者轻轻拌匀 
倒入抹了油的烤盘
在预热烤箱170度烘烤大约30-40分钟
直到顶部金黄色
使用蛋糕测试仪来测试烤熟的蛋糕
如果蛋糕测试出来干净 
蛋糕即可出炉

add in sugar and cream until fluffy 
add egg yolk one at a time and add in lemon zest cream well 
fold in the flour + baking powder + salt 
beat egg whites until foamy 
then add in lemon juice and beat till soft peak 
fold in half of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and mix well 
then add in the other half and mix them evenly 
then pour the mixture into the greased baking pan 
Bake in preheat oven at 170C for about 30-40 minutes
