材料Ingredients:
五花腩切块 pork belly (cut smaller pieces)
加入料酒,酱油,胡椒粉,盐,
肉咖哩粉拌匀腌制大约2-3小时
mix in shao xin wine, soy sauce, thick soy sauce, salt
pepper and meat curry powder and marinate for about 2-3 hours
黄椒,绿椒,小辣椒,洋葱切成大块
香茅, 咖喱叶, 咖喱香料2汤匙
蒜末及洋葱末
椰奶半碗
水适量
yellow pepper, green pepper, chili, onion (cut into big pieces)
lemongrass, curry leaves, diced spring onion & parsley
2 tablespoons curry paste
minced garlic & onion
1/2 bowl coconut milk & water
下3汤匙食油烧热镬
加入 蒜末及洋葱末翻炒至香
再加入大洋葱块翻炒至香
加入咖喱粉翻炒几下
然后加入五花腩 再翻炒几下
加入咖喱叶, 香茅及小辣椒翻炒
再加入椰奶和水以小火焖煮至五花腩]软
最后加入适量的盐调味即可
Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil in wok
stir fry the minced garlic & onion
add in diced big onion and stir fry
add in curry paste and stir fry for 1 minute
add in pork belly and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
add in curry leaves, lemongrass, chili padi
stir fry for another 1 minute and mix well
add in coconut milk and water
with low heat simmer until pork belly is tender
