柠檬愤怒鸟 Lemon Angry Bird Cookies

材料Ingredients:
300克 低筋面粉 300g low protein flour
40克 玉米粉 40g corn starch
150克 无盐奶油/牛油 150g butter/margarine
80克 糖粉 80g icing sugar
柠檬汁1汤匙 1 tablespoon lemon juice
柠檬末(取自1粒柠檬) lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
 红色素 red colouring


牛油和糖粉以搅拌器打至松发
加入柠檬汁柠檬末拌匀
慢慢加入筛好的低筋面粉和玉米粉
把面团分2份,一份加入红色素
另一份保持原状
滚圆,捏出angry bird的样子
加入原状的面团,装饰眼睛,喙和眉毛
预热烤箱,将angry bird饼干烤盘里,以160烘20~25分钟
with the electrical mixer beat the butter and icing sugar 
until fluffy and light
add in lemon juice and lemon zest mix well
gradually add in sifted flour and corn starch and mix well
divide the mixer into two portions
one bigger portion add in a few drop red colouring
roll out and form the angry bird shape
decorate with eyes, mouth and eyebrow
bake in preheat oven at 160C for 20-25 minutes
