粟米萝卜鸡爪汤 Sweet Corn Carrot Soup

今天来一道家常汤 
我最喜欢喝汤,自小就养成了喝汤的习惯
吃饭前最好来一小碗汤
润喉润肺。。。嗯!赞!

材料Ingredients:
鸡爪 4 pieces chicken feet
粟米(切块) 1 large corn (cubed)
红萝卜(切块) 1 large carrot (cubed)
红枣 5 pieces of red dates
枸杞子少许 some qi zi (wolfberry)
盐适量 salt to taste

鸡爪,粟米,萝卜洗净切块
将全部材料放入褒里加清水煮沸,
改以中火煲约两个小时,以少许盐调味即可
clean and wash the chicken feet, carrot and corn 
place all ingredients into the pot
add in water and bring to boil
turn to medium heat and boil for at least 2 hours
add salt to taste
