香煎韭菜蛋饼 Pan Fried Chinese Chives Omelet

一家大小都爱吃的一道家常菜
简简单单的煎蛋饼
韭菜的香味拌着鸡蛋香
口感很好

材料Ingredients:
蛋 3 eggs
韭菜(切丝) Chinese chives (sliced)
绍兴酒,盐和胡椒 shoa xin wine, salt & pepper 
  
先将打散加入绍兴酒,盐和胡椒粉拌匀
烧热油锅,爆香韭菜
再加入拌匀的蛋
煎成蛋饼
将蛋饼煎至香喷喷!切块再上桌
beat the eggs, add in shao xin wine, salt and pepper 
heat some oil in pan, stir fry the Chinese chives
pour in the egg mixture
let the omelette cook for about a minute
when the base of the omelette is set
turn over and fry the other side for 
another minute until set
