豉香豆腐干焖排骨 Stewed Black Bean Pork Ribs W Tofu N Potato

上菜啦!豉香豆腐干焖排骨 
软嫩排骨渗入了酱汁,有着豆豉香,也有着豆腐香
味,不单只是好味道而且好下饭

材料Ingredients:
排骨(切小块) pork ribs (cut into small chunk)
豆腐干 (切块)  tofu (cut into small pieces)
土豆 (切块) 3 potatoes (diced)
黑豆豉 2 tablespoons fermented black bean 
豆瓣酱 1 tablespoon taucu paste
蒜末和洋葱末 minced garlic and shallot
辣椒丝少许 slice chili
香菜少许 some coriander 
盐和糖适量 salt & sugar

排骨调味料 pork ribs seasoning:
老抽生抽生粉,盐和绍兴酒
thick soy sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and shao xin wine

排骨剁成块后,洗净,去水
排骨调味料腌制大约1小时
烧热油锅,放入蒜末和洋葱末炒香 
加入黑豆豉豆瓣酱辣椒丝翻炒
然后加入排骨翻炒大约1-2分钟
倒入土豆翻炒均匀,加入适量水煮滚
转小火焖煮至排骨至熟变软
加入豆腐再焖煮1分钟
最后加入适量的调味即可
撒上香菜。。。可以吃啦!
marinate the pork ribs with seasoning for at least 1 hour
fry the minced garlic and shallot with hot oil for about 1 minute
add in black bean, taucu paste and sliced chili and stir fry 
add in the pork ribs and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
add in the diced potatoes stir fry evenly
add in water (cover all ingredients) and bring it to boil
turn to low heat simmer until the pork ribs cooked and soft
then add tofu to simmer for about 1 minute
lastly add in salt and shao xin wine to taste
sprinkle some coriander on top and serve hot
