爱吃稍微辣一点还可以加辣椒丝

有麻油香,也有姜的微辣味道,
再加上带有绍兴酒的酱汁,好下饭。

调味料:盐,黑酱油,胡椒粉,料酒, 麻油,蚝油

小鸡腿用调味料腌制大约3-4小时
麻油烧热,爆香姜片
然后加入洋葱末及蒜末爆香

加入适量的水和云耳
加入适量的老抽,麻油和生抽调味

小火焖煮至软 ,然后转大火稍微收干水
最后洒一些料酒,起锅装盘
