昨天在迷你市场看到漂亮的金瓜
买了一大块回来
家里还有好多粒土豆及两粒大洋葱
今天可以弄金瓜包
一早先炒好土豆咖哩
再煮熟金瓜搅烂待冷备用
只觉得金瓜的颜色不够“金”耶!
不过蒸出来的包仔还蛮“亮金金”的。。。开心哦!
材料Ingredients:
包面粉 300g bau flour
金瓜泥 150g mashed pumpkin
干酵母 1 teaspoon instant yeast
发粉 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
温水 80ml warm water
金瓜煮熟压成泥
把金瓜泥和所有材料放入搅拌盘混合均匀
慢慢地加入温水搅拌至柔软和光滑的面团
待发1小时
将面团分成小粒状再揉圆形
杆成小小的圆形面团
待发至少20分钟 弄平
包入土豆咖哩馅料
用布盖上待发45分钟
用大火蒸20分钟即可

steam the pumpkin and smash with fork
& form mashed pumpkin
mix the mashed pumpkin & all ingredients together
add in warm water slowly and knead/beat well
to form a soft and smooth dough
rest for at least 1 hour
divide the dough into 15-18 portions
round it and leave it to rest for another 20 minutes
flatten the dough and place the filling
place each wrapped dough on a small piece of parchment paper
cover the bao with a piece of cloth and
allow it to rise for 45 minutes
steam in boiling water for 20 minutes
土豆咖哩包仔馅料 Potato Curry Ingredients:
土豆(煮熟切小块) 3 potatoes (cooked and diced)
大洋葱(切小块) 2 large sliced onion
蒜末 minced garlic
咖喱叶 curry leaves
咖喱粉 3 tablespoons chicken curry powder
下3汤匙食油烧热镬
加入蒜末和洋葱片翻炒
加入咖喱粉和咖喱叶翻炒至香
然后加入土豆再翻炒再加入胡萝卜翻炒
最后加入煮熟切块的土豆再放入适量的生抽,盐和胡椒粉
翻炒2-3分钟至牛肉熟即可

add in curry powder and curry leaves stir fry for 1 minute
add in beef and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
add in carrot and curry leaves and stir fry
lastly add in the cooked and diced potatoes
add in soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
