培根煎蛋 Bacon Fried Egg

材料Ingredients:
蛋 3 eggs
培根切粒 bacon (diced)
盐和胡椒粉 salt & pepper
绍兴酒 1/2 teaspoon shoa xin wine
麻油 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 

先将打散加入绍兴酒,麻油盐和胡椒粉拌匀
烧热油锅,爆香培根再加入拌匀的蛋
煎成蛋饼
将蛋饼煎至香喷喷!切块再上桌
beat the eggs, add in shao xin wine, sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
heat some oil in pan, stir fry the bacon 
add in the egg mixture
let the omelette cook for about a minute
when the base of the omelette is set
turn over and fry the other side for 
another minute until set
