材料Ingredients:
冬粉丝 glass noodles
香菇丝 sliced dried mushroom
红萝卜丝 sliced carrot
白菜丝 sliced white cabbage
姜片 sliced ginger
蒜末 minced garlic
虾米 dried shrimp
芫茜 coriander
鸡高汤,生抽,黑酱油,胡椒粉,蚝油
chicken stock , soy sauce, thick soy sauce, pepper and oyster sauce
冬粉丝用温水汤软备用
热油锅,爆香姜片加入蒜末再爆香
加入香菇丝翻炒至香
然后加入红萝卜丝和白菜丝翻炒至熟
加入汤软的冬粉丝翻炒
加入适量鸡高汤,生抽,黑酱油,胡椒粉,蚝油调味
最后熄火拌入芫茜即可
soak the glass noodle with warm water and set aside
heat up some oil in a claypot, stir fry in sliced ginger
then add in minced garlic and stir fry
add in dried mushroom stir fry until soft
then add in sliced carrot and sliced white cabbage
stir fry until cooked
add in glass noodles stir fry and mix well
add in chicken stock , soy sauce, thick soy sauce,
pepper and oyster sauce to taste
turn off the heat and add in the coriander and mix well
