小炒黑胡椒熏肉 Black Pepper Stir Fried Smoked Pork Belly

 
熏五花肉其中一个很好的吃法
加入青龙椒黑胡椒快炒,色香味俱全!
油脂在翻炒时逼了出来,吃起来并没有一点肥腻的感觉
再配上颜色靓丽的辣椒,
色、香、味都好很诱人哦!

材料 Ingredients:
熏五花肉(切薄片) smoked pork belly (thinly slide)
青,红,黄鲜辣椒 (切小块)
green, red, yellow bell pepper (diced)
黑胡椒 2 teaspoons black pepper 
盐,生抽,糖适量 salt, soy sauce, sugar 
绍兴酒 1/2 teaspoons shao xin wine
洋葱末及蒜末 minced garlic & shallot

油烧热,放入洋葱末及蒜末炒香
加入熏五花肉片翻炒香至五花肉变色
然后加入青,红,黄鲜辣椒翻炒
再加入黑胡椒翻炒均匀
最后加入适量盐,生抽,糖和绍兴酒调味
heat oil in wok, stir fry in minced garlic and shallot
add in sliced smoked pork belly and stir fry until the colour change
add in green, red and yellow pepper and stir fry 
then add in black pepper and stir fry evenly
lastly add in salt, soy sauce, sugar and shao xin wine to taste
