瓦煲东炎冬粉 Claypot Tom Yam Glass Noodles


今天煮了一小锅简单的东炎冬粉煲当晚餐
只用了一些“火锅料”来煮
并没有加入大虾,只想吃简单的冬粉煲
味道很好哦!

材料Ingredients:
冬粉丝  grass noodles
炎膏 3 tablespoons tom yam paste
鸡高汤 chicken stock 
火锅料 steamboat ingredients
白菜 1 bowl white cabbage
姜片 sliced ginger
 蒜末及洋葱末 minced garlic & shallot
辣椒丝 sliced chili
香葱段 sliced spring onion
冬粉丝用温水汤软备用
热油锅,爆香姜片加入蒜末和洋葱末爆香
加入炎膏辣椒丝翻炒
之后加入鸡高汤煮开
加入白菜香葱段火锅料煮开
加入生抽盐和胡椒粉适量调味
最后加入汤软的冬粉丝在汤汁上面
让汤汁渗入冬粉丝再轻轻翻动煮至冬粉丝即可
soak the glass noodle with warm water and set aside
heat up some oil in a wok, stir fry in sliced ginger
then add in minced garlic and shallot 
add in tom yam paste and sliced chili stir fry 
add in chicken stock and  bring it to boil
add in white cabbage, sliced spring onion and 
steamboat ingredients then bring it to boil
then add in soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
then add in glass noodle on top and let it slowly soak into the soup
simmer until the glass noodle until cooked
