白萝卜粟米汤 White Radish Corn Soup

买了两大条粟米还摆放在冰箱里弄四天了
今天一早就去买条白萝卜回来煲汤吧!
最近天气实在太热了
煲清热滋润的汤水自我调节一下

材料Ingredients:
排骨(切块) pork ribs (cubed)
粟米(切块) 1 large corn (cubed)
白萝卜(切块) 1 white radish (cubed)
小干扇贝3 small pieces of dried scallop 
红枣 4 pieces of red dates
枸杞子少许 some qi zi (wolfberry)
盐适量 salt to taste

把排骨,粟米,白萝卜洗净切块
将全部材料放入褒里加清水煮沸,
改以中火煲约两个小时,以少许盐调味即可
clean and wash the pork ribs, white radish and corn 
place all ingredients into the pot
add in water and bring to boil
turn to medium heat and boil for at least 2 hours
add salt to taste

根据中医的说明
白萝卜所含热量较少,纤维素较多,
吃后易产生饱胀感,这些都有助于减肥,
常吃可降低血脂、软化血管、稳定血压,
预防冠心病、动脉硬化、胆石症等疾病。
