红烧扣肉苦瓜焖米粉 Braised Mee Hoon with Stewed Pork N Bittergourd


常在外面吃扣肉苦瓜焖米粉
今天自己煮吃个过瘾
老公一边吃一边赞好,一共吃了两大碗
还说以后不吃外面的噜!
开心哦!煮出来的东西就是要有人吃了再赞好

材料Ingredients:
米粉 mee hoon 
红烧扣肉 1 can stewed pork 
苦瓜 1 bowl bitter gourd
鸡精粉 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
蒜末,洋葱末 minced garlic & shallot
香葱段,香菜 sliced spring onion & coriander
料酒,生抽盐和胡椒粉适量 
shao xin wine, soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste

米粉用温水汤软备用
热油锅,爆香蒜末和洋葱末爆香
加入苦瓜稍微炒软
之后加入红烧扣肉稍微煮1分钟
加入适量的水,鸡精粉香葱段和香菜煮开
加入料酒,生抽盐和胡椒粉适量调味
最后加入汤软的米粉在汤汁上面
让汤汁渗入米粉再轻轻翻动煮至米粉
大火稍微收干汤汁即可
soak the mee hoon with warm water and set aside
heat up some oil in a wok, stir fry in minced garlic and shallot 
add in bitter gourd and stir fry until soft
add in stewed pork and cook for 1 minute
add in water, chicken stock powder, sliced spring onion
 and coriander and bring to boil 
lastly add in shao xin wine, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
then add in mee hoon on top and let it slowly soak into the soup
simmer until the mee hoon soft 
lastly slightly dry up the soup with high heat
