米粉 mee hoon
红烧扣肉 1 can stewed pork
苦瓜 1 bowl bitter gourd
鸡精粉 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
蒜末,洋葱末 minced garlic & shallot
香葱段,香菜 sliced spring onion & coriander
料酒,生抽,盐和胡椒粉适量

米粉用温水汤软备用
热油锅,爆香蒜末和洋葱末爆香
加入苦瓜稍微炒软

之后加入红烧扣肉稍微煮1分钟
加入适量的水,鸡精粉,香葱段和香菜煮开
加入料酒,生抽,盐和胡椒粉适量调味
最后加入汤软的米粉在汤汁上面
让汤汁渗入米粉再轻轻翻动煮至米粉软

大火稍微收干汤汁即可
