红烧扣肉焖黄面 Braised Mee with Stewed Pork


材料Ingredients:
黄面 yellow mee 
红烧扣肉 1 can stewed pork 
白菜 1 bowl white cabbage
鸡精粉 1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
蒜末,洋葱末 minced garlic & shallot
香葱段,香菜 sliced spring onion & coriander
料酒,生抽,黑酱油盐和胡椒粉适量 
shao xin wine, soy sauce, thick soy sayce, salt & pepper to taste

热油锅,爆香蒜末和洋葱末爆香
加入红烧扣肉白菜稍微煮1分钟
加入适量的水,鸡精粉煮开
加入黄面在汤汁上面煮开
加入料酒,生抽黑酱油盐和胡椒粉适量调味
最后加入香葱段和香菜拌匀
大火稍微收干汤汁即可
heat up some oil in a wok, stir fry in minced garlic and shallot 
add in stewed pork and cabbage cook for 1 minute
add in water, chicken stock powder and bring it to boil
add in mee and bring it to boil 
then add in shao xin wine, soy sauce, thick soy sauce, 
salt and pepper to taste
lastly add in sliced spring onion and coriander mix well
